Stratsborg®, based in Bristol, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal information collected through www.stratsborg.co.uk. We keep this simple: we collect what we need to run the shop, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
  • Order details — name, email, delivery address, phone number, and items purchased, when you place an order.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and Clearpay via our Squarespace store). We never see or store your full card details.
  • Marketing sign-ups — your email address if you join our mailing list or use a back-in-stock notification.
  • Site and advertising data — our website (hosted by Squarespace) and advertising tools (such as the Meta pixel) use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, remember carts, and show our ads to people likely to be interested. You can control cookies in your browser and ad preferences in your Meta settings.
How we use it
  • To process and deliver your order and send order updates (legal basis: contract).
  • To send marketing emails if you've signed up — every email includes an unsubscribe link (legal basis: consent).
  • To recover abandoned checkouts and improve the store (legal basis: legitimate interests).
  • To measure and run advertising (legal basis: consent via cookie settings).
  • To meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the shop: Squarespace (website and email), payment processors, delivery carriers (such as Royal Mail and Evri), and advertising platforms (such as Meta) for measurement. They may only use your data to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email stratsborg@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we materially change this policy we'll post the updated version here with a new date.

Welcome to Stratsborg®, trading as Stratsborg, Bristol, United Kingdom. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Products, stock and pricing
Our products are made in limited runs. Once a run sells out, it may not return. All orders are subject to availability. We try to describe and price everything accurately; if we discover a genuine pricing or description error affecting your order, we'll contact you and offer the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. Prices are in GBP and may change at any time for future orders.
Orders and payment
When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order before dispatch — for example due to stock errors or suspected fraud. Payment is taken at checkout via the methods shown on the site.
Delivery
We ship from the UK. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us straight away at stratsborg@gmail.com and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns
See our Returns Policy below. In short: 30 days to return unworn items, and your legal rights for faulty goods are always protected.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Stratsborg® name, logo, designs, images and text — belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for business losses — this store is for consumers. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts). If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Stratsborg® purchase. If you're not, here's how returns work.
Change of mind — 30 days
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it's unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging. (This is more generous than the 14-day cancellation right you have by law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — that right still applies in full.)
To start a return, email stratsborg@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service — the items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us straight away at stratsborg@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll cover the return postage and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and further remedies after that. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.  ‍
Exchanges
Want a different colourway or size? Email us within 30 days and, subject to stock, we'll arrange a swap. As most of our runs are limited, exchanges depend on availability — if the item you want is gone, we'll refund instead.
