If your order arrives damaged, contact us straight away at shop@stratsborg.co.uk and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.

Change of mind — 30 days

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it's unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging. (This is more generous than the 14-day cancellation right you have by law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — that right still applies in full.)

To start a return, email shop@stratsborg.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service — the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us straight away at shop@strasborg.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We'll cover the return postage and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and further remedies after that. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. ‍

Exchanges

Want a different colourway or size? Email us within 30 days and, subject to stock, we'll arrange a swap. As most of our runs are limited, exchanges depend on availability — if the item you want is gone, we'll refund instead.
